Greg D. McCormack has been practicing criminal law in Virginia since 1982.  He is a former member of the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, developing his litigation skills in uniform first as a military prosecutor and then as a defense counsel from 1979-1982. Since leaving active duty with the Army in 1982, Mr. McCormack’s practice has focused on criminal law, with an emphasis in defense of rape and sexual assault offenses in the military, as well as Virginia state and federal courts. Over the recent years, he has also represented numerous clients in defense of crimes related to use of the internet – child pornography and child solicitation offenses.

With over 28 years of extensive criminal law experience, he can provide you with the skill you need in your efforts to secure an acquittal of the charges, or to get the best result in your case.  Mr. McCormack is a graduate of Western New England College School of Law (J.D. 1979) and Jacksonville University (B.S. 1975) and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealths of Virginia (1980) and Massachusetts (1979 inactive) as well as all Military Appellate Courts, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Claims and the U.S. Supreme Court.
